What is mydaigor Express Delivery?
It's our same-day delivery service for customers within the Klang Valley. Place your order and complete payment before 2PM on a business day and we'll dispatch it the same afternoon. Deliveries run between 2PM–10PM depending on traffic and route. Orders placed after 2PM will be sent out the next business day.
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
2PM sharp. Order and payment must both be completed before 2PM to qualify for same-day delivery. Anything after that will be delivered the next business day.
Which areas are covered under Express Delivery?
Express same-day delivery is available in selected Klang Valley areas including Ampang, Gombak, Kajang, Kuala Lumpur, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Selayang, Serdang, Shah Alam, and Subang Jaya. Addresses outside these areas will be served via Standard Delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery window. Our riders follow optimised routes and deliveries run between 2PM–10PM. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
How much does delivery cost?
Express Delivery within the Klang Valley is a flat rate of RM25. Standard Delivery outside Klang Valley is RM30. Orders above RM1,000 within Peninsular Malaysia qualify for free delivery.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. All orders must be paid in full via online bank transfer before dispatch. We will not process or ship any order without confirmed payment.
How many delivery attempts will be made?
One attempt only. If no one is available to receive the order, a redelivery fee will apply for rescheduled attempts. Please ensure someone is home at the time of delivery.
What if I provide the wrong or incomplete address?
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee will be charged. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order.
What if an item is out of stock after I have paid?
We will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or a suitable replacement. Your money is safe with us.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with missing items?
Please report any issues to us within 2 working days of receiving your parcel. To process a claim, we require a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened through to checking all contents. Claims submitted without this video cannot be entertained. Once we receive your video, we will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, address changes are possible before the order is dispatched and a small processing fee applies. Please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible to request the change.
What happens if there is a delivery delay?
In the event of delays caused by bad weather, flooding, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed. We do not leave customers in the dark.
Where do you not deliver to?
We are unable to deliver to government buildings, hospitals, and airport terminals (KLIA 1 & KLIA 2).
Do you deliver to East Malaysia or overseas?
Not at this time. mydaigor.com currently delivers within Peninsular Malaysia only.
