MyDaigor.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as an online liquor retail store serving customers across Peninsular Malaysia. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

MyDaigor.com sells alcohol strictly to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Malaysian law.

By placing an order, browsing our website, or otherwise using our services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in Malaysia.

We reserve the right to request valid photo identification — such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence — at the point of delivery to verify the age and identity of the recipient. Our delivery personnel are authorised to refuse delivery if:

  • The recipient appears to be under 21 years of age and cannot produce valid ID.
  • The recipient is visibly intoxicated at the time of delivery.
  • No adult is present at the delivery address to receive the order.

Orders refused on these grounds will not be eligible for a refund of delivery charges.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our official website at www.mydaigor.com or through our authorised customer support channels.

We accept the following payment methods: FPX online banking, credit and debit cards, and major Malaysian e-wallets including Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and dispatched.

An order is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt and verification of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such instances, a full refund will be issued promptly.

All prices displayed on mydaigor.com are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. . Delivery Policy

We deliver within Peninsular Malaysia only. We do not currently ship to Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan, or any international destinations.

MyDaigor Express Delivery is available for selected areas within the Klang Valley at a flat rate of RM25. Orders placed and paid before 2PM on business days will be dispatched for same-day delivery, with arrival expected between 2PM and 10PM depending on traffic and route. Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched on the next business day. This service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Standard Delivery is available for all other locations within Peninsular Malaysia at a flat rate of RM30, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 working days.

Free delivery applies to all orders above RM1,000 within Peninsular Malaysia.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. mydaigor.com shall not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the customer. Redelivery attempts resulting from such errors will incur an additional delivery charge.

We are unable to deliver to government buildings, hospitals, airport terminals (KLIA 1 & KLIA 2), or any location where alcohol delivery is restricted by law.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by our delivery partner or rider, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales are considered final once delivery has been completed. We do not accept returns on the basis of change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item or wrong size).
  • The product was not delivered but marked as delivered.

To raise a valid claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video that shows the sealed parcel being opened and all contents being inspected. Claims submitted without this video, or after the 48-hour window, will not be entertained.

Once a valid claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Refunds to card payments will be returned to the original card within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time. Refunds for bank transfer payments will be processed within 5 working days.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock after payment has been received, we will notify you promptly and offer you the choice of a suitable replacement or a full refund.

We will not dispatch substitute products without your explicit consent.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundle deals, and vouchers are subject to their own specific terms including validity periods, minimum spend requirements, and product exclusions. Only one promotion or discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

mydaigor.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of their intended use.

Any suspected misuse or abuse of promotional codes — including fraudulent accounts or bulk code sharing — may result in the cancellation of orders and suspension of account access.

8. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications on our website. However, product packaging, label design, and bottle presentation may vary from images shown, particularly for limited edition or seasonal releases. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a refund or return.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time of checkout.

9. Responsible Consumption

MyDaigor.com is committed to promoting responsible drinking. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never by individuals who are pregnant, on medication that is contraindicated with alcohol, or operating a vehicle or heavy machinery.

We do not condone or encourage irresponsible, dangerous, or excessive consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to decline future orders from customers who misuse our platform or our products in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, MyDaigor.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase, delivery, possession, or consumption of any product purchased through our platform.

Our total liability in connection with any single order or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, road closures, civil disturbances, or force majeure events.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on MyDaigor.com — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, bottle-I wordmark, product descriptions, images, page layouts, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of MyDaigor.com and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. User Conduct

By using MyDaigor.com, you agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your age or identity when placing an order.
  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Malaysian law or regulation.
  • Attempt to manipulate pricing, promotions, or checkout processes through fraudulent means.
  • Submit false claims for refunds, replacements, or compensation.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or delivery personnel.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these conduct standards, without refund of any pending orders.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, your use of our website, or any transaction with mydaigor.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any issue amicably before pursuing formal legal action.

14. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of mydaigor.com following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
